The Octopus Linocut Print

Large and looming like the Kraken of Yore, The Octopus is here.

One of my more ambitious prints, The Octopus is large, complex and immensely striking. Time and again this print is the one that attracts the most attention, from the deep black and detail of the print itself to the beautifully textured handmade Lokta Washi paper it is printed upon. Retaining the handmade deckled edge of the making process, this print feels old, antique, but with good framing will definitely outlive me!

This linocut is printed upon Handmade Himalayan Lokta Washi Paper, 70gsm. The print size is roughly 360mm x 300mm on 500mm x 400mm paper.

It is limited to 100 prints.
