Krampus Run 2025 - ELF - Linocut print

This is the official artwork for the 2025 Whitby Krampus Run titled ELF!

The organisers wanted something less demonic and more of a trickster image, more like a plate from a children’s story book, and this is the idea I conjured up for them.

The Krampus is holding out the temptation of a golden apple marked with ‘K’ which represents the Apple of Discord in Greek mythology and is the root of Discordianism, which embraces the liberation found in Chaos.

the print is a Linocut on beautiful buff Stonehenge paper and is A3 in size with an image area of 24cm x 32cm.
